Tis the season to be riding as they say and nowhere can be more right for the occasion than at Del's Motorcycles and Tyres. This family run business has recently opened its doors to the public and would love to welcome any bike enthusiasts to come and take a look at the new workshop.
We welcome all ages to come along and visit the workshop to take in all the sights and sounds of a workshop enviroment as well as to enjoy a blast from the past from looking at the restoration projects that are in process like the Suzuki T20 and the Suzuki RE5 Rotary.
With the new shop opening up it has rekindled a family love of bikes dating back to the early 1920s, back then the Say family had a shop that was owned by Derek's Great Grandfather, who specialised in push bikes and the first engine induced push bikes. Through the years Derek has picked up a vast amount of experience participating in MotoX for the Cirencester Club in the early 1980's, then moving onto repair work for the Mid Wilt School Boy riders and then progressing onto Team Mechanic for a Vauxhall Caterham team during the early 1990's.
With being a family run business Derek believes that a friendly and welcoming enviroment for all ages is truly beneficial in supplying a quality piece of workmanship that anyone can be proud off. He specialises in Servicing, Repairs, Modifications, Tuning and more importantly the knowledge to be able to advise on the best solution for the customer.
Our business may be new but our knowledge is unprecedented.
